If you are visiting Tokyo DisneySea, there is one character you absolutely must know: Duffy the Disney Bear. In Japan, Duffy and his friends are massive superstars!
One of the best ways to experience their cuteness is by booking the show dining experience at Cape Cod Cook-Off, featuring the show “Duffy and Friends’ Wonderful Friendship.”

The Stage Show & The Best Seats (S-Category)
Unlike regular restaurants, this is a stage show combined with a meal. While you eat, Duffy, ShellieMay, Gelatoni, StellaLou, CookieAnn, ‘Olu Mel, and LinaBell put on a heartwarming performance about friendship.
To give you an idea of the view, I booked an S-Category Seat (2nd row, directly in the center). The view was absolutely breathtaking!

🚨 CRUCIAL WARNING: No Table Greetings! Please note that this is a “Show Dining” experience, not a traditional “Character Dining” experience like Chef Mickey. The characters stay on the stage the entire time and DO NOT come down to the guest seating area to greet you. You cannot hug them or take individual photos with them at your table. However, the show is incredibly well-made and still 100% worth experiencing!
The Cutest Food in the Park
Let’s talk about the food, because it is incredibly photogenic! The special menu includes a cute Duffy-themed dessert (like a strawberry mousse with a Duffy chocolate piece) and a drink.

Step-by-Step: How to Book Cape Cod Cook-Off
Just like Chef Mickey and the Rainbow Luau, you cannot just walk in. You need an advanced reservation.
As you can see on my reservation ticket, you are given a specific entry time and table number (e.g., Table S09). Here is how you get it:
- Buy Your Park Ticket First: You MUST have a Tokyo DisneySea ticket to enter this restaurant. Book it on Klook in advance so you don’t miss out.
